Kathy O’Shaughnessy wins Paul Torday Memorial Prize 2021

Kathy O’Shaughnessy has been awarded the 2021 Paul Torday Memorial Prize for the Best Debut Novel by an Author over 60, in an online ceremony hosted by Joanne Harris for the Society of Authors, for her book, In Love With George Eliot (Scribe UK). She wins £1000 and a complete set of Paul Torday’s fiction.

The runner up was Karen Raney, for All the Water in the World (John Murray), she wins a specially dedicated Paul Torday novel.
